What Are Macros?
Macros, short for macronutrients are the three main types of nutrients that provide your body with energy and are essential for overall health: proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Each macronutrients plays a unique role in your body:
- Proteins are vital for building and repairing tissues, including muscles, skin and organs. They are crucial for maintaining muscle mass, especially if you are active or trying to lose weight.
- Carbohydrates are the body's primary source of energy. They fuel your brain, muscles and other organs, especially during physical activity. Carbs also help regulate blood sugar levels and promote proper digestion.
- Fats are necessary for hormone production, nutrient absorption, and protecting vital organs. Healthy fats provide a long lasting source of energy and are important for brain health and cell function.

What Do I Need to Start?
A weigh scale, a food scale, my custom app (you receive the link on payment) and my fitness pal. That's IT! No gym equipment.
Onboarding Details
I require a 3-month minimum commitment for nutrition coaching
- Initial plan will be sent to you within 72 hours after initial call and completion of appropriate documentation, pending payment.
- You can pause your subscription after the initial 3 month period, with 30 days notice.
- Additional pauses are allowed at the discretion of the coach.
