Your Journey begins the moment you stop waiting for the perfect time and start believing in yourself. Hi, I’m Jamie, and I want to share my story with you because I know how hard it can be to struggle with weight loss. Over three years ago, I stopped waiting for the "perfect moment" and took a chance on myself. I was doing all the things I thought were right—extra hours in the gym, cutting meals, avoiding "bad" foods—but nothing worked. The number on the scale kept creeping up, and I found myself nearing 200 pounds. I knew something had to change, so I reached out for help and discovered macro tracking. It transformed my approach to nutrition and how I fueled my body. Since then, I’ve lost over 35 pounds and kept it off through three summers—without giving up the foods I love. I got my muscle tone back and no longer shy away from the camera. 

But it’s not just about the weight. It’s about the freedom that comes with understanding food and feeling good in your skin. My journey inspired me to become a coach because I realized so many others were silently battling the same struggles I had faced. There has been nothing more rewarding than helping others regain their confidence and build healthier relationships with food.
